Organization Background:
The Humsafar Trust has been implementing the Global fund Project, “Reaching the Missing Millions A virtual approach”. This project aims to accelerate national HIV response to reach first 95 targets, by reaching key populations (High risk groups, at risk adolescents and youth, men and women with high-risk behaviours) through virtual platforms. It also focuses on community systems strengthening focusing on the health and human rights of key populations.
About the Role:
This multifaceted role will involve managing media buying activities across various channels, optimising campaigns for maximum ROI, and monitoring website traffic and user behaviour to enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media buying, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for website performance.
Primary Responsibilities:

Media Buying -
-
Plan, set up, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and ABM platforms.

Provide strategic insights and feedback to optimize campaign performance.

Create detailed and data-driven ad performance reports.

Implement full-funnel marketing strategies to drive measurable results.

Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with communication teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Continuously analyse and optimize media campaigns for performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Website Traffic Monitoring -

Utilise web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and report on website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates.

Identify key website performance metrics and develop KPIs to measure the success of online initiatives.

Generate regular reports from dashboards to provide insights into website traffic trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with the web development agency to implement website changes and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

Hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tracker setup, Conversion Linker, and Conversion API.

Proficiency in Canva for ad creative adaptation and design.

Proven ability to manage campaigns with measurable ROI and performance metrics.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data into actionable strategies.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
